• I. Delivery/Shipping
Delivery only possible to the countries of the European Union, and only as long as the stock hasn't run out. Additionally (after arrangement) a delivery to North & South America and also Australia is possible. After handling your order it will be sent out at the next possible time. Shipping is only possible if the submitted data of the customer is complete and valid.
• II. Delivery extent
Delivery in parts is permitted as long as there do not appear any disadvantages for the customer. Due to delivery or shipping difficulties or stock sell-out delivery delays may appear.
• III. Packaging and Delivery
Packaging is property of the customer and will be charged. Packaging and delivery will charged apart from the order. Orders will be posted by mail or by any other way which is considered best.
• IV. Handing over of the items
Costumer is obliged to accept the order though he is entitled to send back the items because of faults during the period of 14 days. Faults need to be announced directly as mail or email (in writing is necessary). Shipping damages need to be reported to the shipping firm.
• V. Price changes
Price changes are valid if there are more than 4 months between ordering date and shipping date. If there occurs an increase of wages, material costs or anything similar after delivery we are entitled to increase the costs corresponding to the increase of wages or material costs.
• VI. Guarantee
• We assume faults of the ordered items in following cases.
• In case of delivery of damaged items we refund the selling price less packaging and delivery costs after the damaged items were sent back to us. Or the customer
can send us the damaged items back in order to get a new one.
• Natural wear and tear and also damages which go back to improper use are not included in this guarantee.
• Due to any other claims or rights we are only liable for the cases with intent or culpable negligence. For any other cases liability is impossible.
• VII. Terms of payment
Payment via paypal plus packaging and delivery costs.
The selling price and the considerations for any work aside must be
paid directly after the order. Delivery or shipping only
after paying fulfillment.
• VIII. Court jurisdiction
• For any lawsuits that result from this contract, the court jurisdiction will be Cologne/Germany.
• IX. Property reservation
Items of the order are property of Fars Media until paying fulfillment. Due to breach of contract e.g. not paid orders we are allowed to get back the items.
• X. Liability for offence
Claim for damage from offence are impossible, except the damage was caused with intent or culpable negligence. This term is also valid for our employees.
• XI. Other
• Transmitting of rights and duties of the customer from the completion of contract with us need our written agreement.
• If any of these terms should be declared invalid the other terms won't be touched.
• This offer is only valid through an order and the work which goes with it in our internet shop and the order system for the time it is published.
Delivery and shipping only in a household usual quantity. Large orders especially those of commercial kind need a supplementary contract. We reserve any mistakes due to our internet publication.
